You'll need to download and install Win32s. However after eight attempts I
only managed to get it installed correctly on one time (on same windows
installation I had backed up and same exe file for win32s installation - so
nothing changed between the attempts, but that's M$ software for you).
Make sure you back up your current Windows installation before proceeding
with the installation of Win32s.
The .exe file is called pw11118.exe (search on some ftp search engine for a
site that has it).
IIRC you'll also get a new game with it ;)
BTW: (And IIRC) With win32s installed you can use programs that are made
for Win NT 3.51
