You and the other list members might find this useful:

If you send messages to MS auto-responder ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
with a "Q" followed by a valid article number in the Subject line,
you will receive the requested article in your mail.

In your case, you might find this knowledge-base (kb) article of
interest: 138562 "Win32s Information in the Microsoft Knowledge Base"

So you send this:
 TO: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
 SUBJECT: Q138562

And in return you receive the requested article in your mail.

If you want an index of available articles from the server, send
another message with just INDEX in the subject line. In my
experience, as long as you use a valid kb-article number (new or
old) in your request it works, so no need to feel restricted by the
somewhat limited Index.

For instance, you can transform a URL like this one

http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q138/5/62.asp

to the article number you need for your e-mail request.
Just remove the slashes in the filename, drop the extension
and preface the number it with a "q" - and you have the article
number you need for your e-mail request: q138562 (cf above).

But be warned, when you receive articles from Microsoft's e-mail
responder, you will soon learn what poorly formatted e-mail
looks like. But what else is new....

All the best,
Bjorn
