Many sites have a copy of the secure form available by standard http
protocol. Keep in mind that it's the same page; it will still say it's
secure-- IT'S NOT. Not really their fault; they just haven't blocked
non-secure access to the page.
To test for this, load the original URL. When whatever error message
comes up, edit the URL changing 'https' or 'shttp' to 'http'. Works
sometimes. I'll say it again; THIS IS NOT A SECURE TRANSACTION! Be
careful what personal info you pass. And never, ever send financial info
this way.
