I suppose what's needed is a programmer who writes for DOS to write in the
algorithm for the video decompression for the streaming video.  Needs the
decompress, an interface to allow the user some control and it needs to
communicate to the video driver.
I'm no programmer, so it may be much much more complicated than I realize.
