It's been awhile since I used the library's computers here for internet access, but
I was led to believe that they had it setup such that the cache, or traces of where
you had been, was cleared out, each time you clicked 'Close' on Internet Explorer.
I can't remember how I found that out, but maybe the browser was run from a batch
file, and the next line was del |y Windows/cache, or something. Maybe they even
pointed the cache to a ramdrive, too, for a lot quicker access, and quicker
clearing, of course.
They could set the cache size to a very low number too, so that not much is stored.
