Very good question, Eko.
Most people who use the cybercafes wouldn't have the vaguest notion
of how to clean up their traces, and if the unknowing tried to do
such things, they would surely screw up the system by deleting necessary
files. Furthermore, most people who use cybecafes don't even know about
how they might be compromising their privacy and security. The average
internet user thinks it is perfectly safe to surf the web and to do
web-based email on a computer that is accessible to anyone. They feel
that people who worry about compromising themselves are just a bunch of
sick paranoids. As we all know, just because you are a paranoid doesn't
necessarily mean that they aren't really out to get you!
As for those who do know how to follow someone else's tracks, there are
many who would use such knowledge for mischievious purposes. Yes, they
really are out to get you.
Here is another scary thought:
If everybody could do a perfect job of covering up their tracks, then
everybody could get away with murder!
