Well, there's the thing, you see; there are a lot of people running around
and only a few who have the time or inclination to keep track.  It's a lot
of work and effort to gather and interpret all that information.  It's
boring work too, as the average user is not terribly useful, isn't
purchasing with a credit card nor surfing questionable places.  Their email
is sappy and shallow, and they simply aren't much fun to scrutinize.  Most
cybercafe owners haven't the money to pay someone to do such grunt work,
and are simply cafe owners with a tech friend they hire to set up and
maintain the system.  If one IS doing things over the net which are
sensitive to privacy, then one would be wisest to find more secure access,
certainly, but keep in mind that you must catch someone's attention before
they will bother to watch you.
