how about the other way around?
there is a local service
that offers a shell account for $15
per month,
is it possible to find cheap
dial up ppp/ip?
presently, my ppp/ip is
$20,
and i just need the juice so to speak.
oh and the local service
does offer a combination
of the two,
but i'm not sure if this would meet my needs.
