W98 wants to make short cuts, instead of copying for me quite a bit.
This is such a pain, because end up having to "copy" and "paste", when
Win3.11 would always let me drag and drop(at least in File Manager). Is
there a way to make W98 stop wanting to make short cuts all the time,
and actually copy or move the files?
