This one is a little more commonly known, but not many know about adding
shortcuts into the "send to" menu.
"c:\windows\send to" and add or remove shortcuts from this file. Removing
the unnecessary ones will speed up the "send to" menu option because it has
fewer shortcuts to read, check the path, and load into memory.
