Acrobat files are set up and used so that you can't. The idea being that
if you can't edit them, you can't alter or steal them. Only way to get
into them is with the acrobat writer for which you must pay or steal it.
If you do find a way to copy out text, a lot of people will want to know.
You COULD transcribe them manually I suppose, or print them, scan them,
then OCR the scan.
