Well, I figured it out!!

I did several things. The first thing was using Netstat to find the IP
address that was "contacting me", as suggested by Ben. Then, as
suggested by a guy at work, I used another Win98 utility called
Tracert. It traced the IP address for me to Exodus.net. I have
contacted them, but so far have only gotten an auto reply.... maybe
Monday.... we'll see.

The next thing I did was I decided to revisit www.grc.com. Steve Gibson
recommended Zone Alarm, so I downloaded it, installed it and WHAMMM!!!
My computer is now armored! Nothing get through unless I want it to :-)

ZoneAlram found that I had TSadbot.exe on my computer. WinZip installs
it!!!! I found quite a bit of info on TSadbot using Google.com. I
found a a page detailing how to remove crap like TSadbot from the
registry. I can't seem to keep WinZip from creating the directories and
several files for TSadbot, However. I am disappointed with PKware. I
have used Pkzip for years, and assumed that Winzip would be just as
good, well, I guess Winzip works well, but I don't want a Trojan horse
downloading ads all the time. I don't mind adds in programs.... like
when using AOL Instant Messenger, it has a small banner, but doesn't
download adds all the time.

The next thing I did was re-visit grc.com inorder to "Test My Shields".
It took awhile because GRC had to time out on every port, because my
computer wouldn't respond :-)

So it looks like the world is once a gain safe... or atleast my computer
:-)

Thanks everyone for the help. I appreciate it very much.
