Bernie,

I don't have a fan on my IBM built Cryrix chip.  It went bad so I took
it off.  I left the large heatsink on, However.  It also helps that I
have 2 4" fans in my power supply, and on of them is right underneath
the processor.  My computer is also on the floor, near a sliding glass
door, that has the insulating properties of a screen door :-)

I want to get a Globalwin, or an Alpha heatsink and fan, but haven't
gotten around to it yet.
