You realize that mc is an add-on and not part of most base installations.
Considering the vast wealth of add-ons provided with most distributions, to
document all of them in a manual would result in a bookshelf of text. Most
of the emphasis in the manuals tends to be on GNU tools. Some may describe
it, others not. It depends on their emphasis.
If your version of DOS didn't provide Norton Commander, it probably wasn't
documented in the manual.

Ah great, then presumably you've found your preferred distribution (corel)?
If you have any questions on getting anything done, ask and I'm sure many of
