If all countries allowed local calling to not be charged for
by the minute legacy hardware users could do what we used
to do decades ago.  We downloaded large programs at night
while we were asleep and Telenet (note the extra "e") was
not prone to pauses.  During the day Telenet would pause
for as long as five minutes then continue transmitting. LOL

Downloading software online seems the only other alternative
lately which is probably why Lindos computers don't have floppy
drives?
