I guess since we are in a reflective mode at this time, awaiting some indicator from the IE team to let us know how they are going proceed, I'll give my spin on the situation.
ASV3 will be bundled with IE7. The SVG Object to then be built by MS will include creative aspects, not currently included in W3C standards. The SVG to XAML linking, a great idea, will be a major player.
