ikev2: eliminate struct state_v2_microcode .crypto_end
Instead have ikev2_crypto_continue() call the function
directly. For moment select the function using a separate
switch.
For STATE_V2_REKEY_CHILD_I and STATE_V2_REKEY_CHILD_R the correct
value was found using brute force - it was missing from the table
so one mystery solved.
