Yes, and being a Power Seller they'd probably get away with it, or at least
get off with a minimal warning rather than suspended.  (It's a known fact
eBay treats Power Sellers by a different set of standards than everyone
else, and the fact that they claim otherwise doesn't hold much water when
you look at all the evidence.)
