If you look at the standard mobile banner ad formats (like Admob etc), they
are just static images or animated gifs.

iAd and the other "rich" media ad formats are HTML5 etc, but as moloko says,
you will need to spend a lot of time building / porting your content across.


Personally I'd:

1) Export out a gif/png image sequence from my FLA
2) Take that into Fireworks etc and make a optimized animated gif...
3) Insert it/the swf onto my page(s) using SWFObject
4)....
5) Profit!
