I am not sure what you mean by "google video embed". Are you talking about a
FLV based video player on your page? That is not a "simple banner" as you
first stated.

You will need to write the appropriate HTML5 <video> tag etc to the page in
your alt content if the user does not have Flash in order to display the
video. How to display video in HTML 5 is out of the scope of this list...
