Hi Per Oh really? Sounds good! I think here in Switzerland the laws are not very familiary with the internet rights and therefore a "Freispruch" mangels Beweisen oder Alternativen (who knows) is often the final result. However Spammers are (in my oppion) bad guys which shoud be offended for a long time into jail... and pay the whole life for the damage they did to the internet community :-)
