I can understand this point very well....  But I would have to consider how
mauch traffic I send upstream to a peer before I could say that it was a
good idea.  It is still possible (and I mean this generally, not just in
this case) that my customers are doing legitimate business with legitimate
clients on the peer's network, or visa versa.
