hi lukas

i had in the past already 3 phonecalls (according to 3 different spammings) 
with mr. vontobel and mr. schrem.
they always apologies and told me about the cool opt-out function.
they merged their email-spamming-list with the twixtel (not even an old 
version) and they cannot track back where is the entry coming from.
so they not even can remove all twix entries...
i gave him (becaused i discussed this on the phone) the contact of the 
'datenschutz' beauftragter of the canton ZH. he wanted to clearify the 
situation of spamming and the source of the adresse with him.

backbone lied 3 times to me. i dont believe them anymore. thats a fact.
