I think the confusion arises because a client can say "Use Edit-IRI and 
make the title read 'English pronunciation'"

What we are (in reality) doing is Replacing, however we have tagged it 
as Editing - we can "Edit" any data element: add it, replace it, delete 
it.... we can even read it, munge it, and put it back.

Is that "Editing"?
