If sticking to "odd for dev" convention, even numbered version like
1.2.0 would be the choice.
I can live with 1.5 (and actually whatever version) but this breaks
the odd=dev convention and a 1.0 to 1.4.0 / 1.6.0 bump simply look
strange.
