Comment #10 on issue 2032 by asmeurer: Ability to work with K[x, 1/x] in Polys
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=2032
Well, it turns out that there are two bugs with the code I gave in the last comment. The first is actually a bug in Poly.slice (see https://github.com/asmeurer/sympy/commit/29a031678948498caf28ffd7c84acaf5448ee6bb), and would prevent something like aspoly1t(2/x + 3/x**2, x) from working. The other is that it doesn't handle coefficients in the denominator, which can happen with symbolic coefficients (like 2/((exp(2) + 1)*t)). For what I ended up with, see https://github.com/asmeurer/sympy/commit/f86ba19dd99265fcc8892b93aed9b1310f6e7a18 (and also just see the integration3 branch in general for my latest implementation).
