I started playing with this and am running into both multiple inheritance
and metaclass issues. Debugging both at one time is a bit of a pain. If
anyone knows the ideal class hierarchy that'd be helpful. So far I have
the following
Basic(object)
Atom(Basic)
Expr(Basic, EvalfMixin, with_metaclass(ManagedProperties))
AtomicExpr(Expr, Atom)
This causes various issues
