You should try the latest snapshot. Additionally, IDE requirements haven't 
been specified, so I don't know what you mean by what Lazarus is missing 
compared to K3 enterprise (db drivers, modeling?).

If visual components are an issue, I really think it's a waste of time to 
compare Delphi (which only does windows) and Lazarus. If you want the 
absolute slickest looking desktop application, then stay with windows/Delphi 
and continue on with all the high fat/high sugar components like those 
offered by DevExpress. But if you intend to embrace hybrid development using 
a browser front-end, I believe Laz/FPC to have parity with Delphi in this 
regard, and is of course your only solution for non-windows if you want to 
stick with the pascal crowd.
