What you are seeing is the XML of the RSS 0.91 feed. My guess is that you left clicked on the link somewhere on the BBC site. Right click on the link, choose "Copy Shortcut" in Internet Explorer or "Copy Link Location" in Firefox. Then past the URL into FeedDemon in the appropriate place. I don't use FeedDemon but assume it works similarly to other aggregators.
