T-Mobile no longer uses 310-16(0) which was the Omnipoint network in New England, metro NYC, as well as the Miami area in FL. That network now has the network code of 310-26(0). 310-17(0) is cingular's MNC on the west coast. Since cingular and T-Mobile still share a network that's the MNC for that area.
