I''m not sure what "hacks" you're referring to. All T-Mobile customers have MNC (Mobile Network Code) 310-26(0) (310-26 on Nokia and on some others 310-260.) The exception is any T-Mobile subscribers in California and Nevada. They use the cingular network and that cingular network designation is 310-17(0) If your SIM is 3.5 years old it's likely that you could change the operator graphic on any phones that allow you to do this.
