That is normal.  Unlike wireline service you are billed the rate that
you *started* the call in.  So a call started at 8:59 pm is still
considered a peak rate call.  OTOH if you started a call at 06:59 am
and talked for two hours you still would be considered that it was a
night billed call because you started the call before peak rate kicks
in.  A call to customer care could have told you that.

If you started a call at 11:59 pm you should be billed as weekend
minutes.  If you weren't that's an error on their part and you should
get credit.

If you attempt to add up your calls you will get a very different
figure than what T-Mobile bills you as far as minutes used.  For one
thing they use full minute rounnding up to the next minute.  For a
nother they use what's called "send-to-end" billing meaning that not
only are you billed for the actual time used after the end party's line
answers the call you are also billed for any ringing time before the
line answers plus however much time it takes to release the connection.
 So a 1 minute 30 second call may be billed  as a three minute call
after send-to-end and full minute rounding is figured in.

As I said you cannot do a "self add" of your minutes used or at least
get any kind of accurate figure.  If you want to constantly know what
your useage is you should use the tools that T-Mobile makes available
to you such as checking your minute useage by keying #646# or dialing
611 and after entering your phone number keying # after the Spanish
announcement.  #646# is accurate with the only caution that their
tallying of your minute useage can be delayed by several hours.
