What I did was add up all the call times as they appeared on my bill, not
use the call timer from my phone.  My logic was that a total of all the
calls on the bill should equal the total that they charged me for, but I
could not get the same number they did.

I don't have free mobile to mobile on my plan, so I included them in my
anytime min calculation.  Still doesn't add up.

No, I wasn't sure what to do with that "total zero VM calls" number.
However, even when I do add it to my anytime total, I still don't get what
they got.

 

I don't know what the deal is.  I guess I'll just call them tomorrow and see
if they can walk me through how they came up with the bill.  I don't mind
paying if I really went over, but the numbers just don't look like they add
up.
