What I did was add up all the call times as they appeared on my bill, not use the call timer from my phone. My logic was that a total of all the calls on the bill should equal the total that they charged me for, but I could not get the same number they did. ---cheerioboy26 [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Some of the 756 minutes are mobile to mobile? I don't have free mobile to mobile on my plan, so I included them in my anytime min calculation. Still doesn't add up. ---Carl Black [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Are you adding in VM calls (probably listed as the last item on your bill)? If you don't have TMO 2 TMO on your account, these are billed as regular Whenever minutes. Personally I've found TMO billing to be highly accurate; since you can easily check your usage anytime, it is difficult to go over without being aware of it. No, I wasn't sure what to do with that "total zero VM calls" number. However, even when I do add it to my anytime total, I still don't get what they got. I don't know what the deal is. I guess I'll just call them tomorrow and see if they can walk me through how they came up with the bill. I don't mind paying if I really went over, but the numbers just don't look like they add up.
