There is NO "retention" department anymore and hasnt been for some time...

BY definition, Grandfathered options are not avaialble to be continued
after price plan change... CCRs at any level are not authorized to
continue them... Just cause any CCR says they can, does not in any way
obligate TMobile to allow them to continue...
