Why not email T-M support and get a reply in writing?  They respond 
to email questions within 24 hours most of the time.  
   Some grandfathered features do stay.  Eg. I have the grandfathered 
intl. roaming rates that were raised by a factor of 2 to 10 times 
(depending on country about 3 years ago.  I changed my plan a couple 
times after that and still was able to keep that feature.  (I checked 
before changing.)  I haven't made any changes the past couple years.
