Does anyone know > when the conversion for (646) 919-xxxx will happen? Thanks! Customer care told you what was happening that they were converting the voicemail system. It may take some time but it will happen. If you're really unhappy with the way things are you should switch to cingular or another company. People were whining that they didn't like the previous voicemail system with text message notification for voicemail deposits and they changed it. It's not a simple matter of going into the system one day and just flicking a switch. The New York City metro region is one of the largest areas for T-Mobile to cutover to the new system. It's understandable that it's taking some time. When voicemail was cutover in Seattle for a day or so voicemail wasn't working properly here either. They straightened it out. Ask for some call credit. They will give it to you. If you hold tight things *will* get straightened out. You do need to give it time though. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
