Sorry -- ready....

About a month ago, after a year of no issues at all, my phone calls started
rolling right to VM without ever hitting my phone. I have all my bars, no
gaps in coverage and could make phone calls. I started working with their
Tech support and they suggested I try a TMO phone since I've been using an
unlocked phone. I've done so and the calls still went to VM. My husband
has a TMO phone and it was happening to him as well. Now they've did a
"switch" and I'm not sure what that means but I had already purchased a new
phone thinking it was my phone. So they calls don't go to VM any longer but
now my phone (not a TMO phone) as well as my husband's phone (a TMO phone)
will reject the SIM cards out of the blue and a couple of power up/down will
fix it but is very annoying. TMO put a huge tower here where I live and as
I said -- the bars are always there -- but now TMO is telling me it's my SIM
and I'll have to go to the nearest store and purchase/transfer over to a new
one.

This really is a brief version but I'm sorry it was such a short reply but
in all the years I've had wireless service I have never had anything like
this happen before and a resolution that just doesn't seem to be on the
horizon. I'm not very educated regarding how this whole wireless thing
works and when I do talk to Customer Service the folks helping there do not
seem to know what I'm talking about either (I only make suggestions after
getting advice from various forums) so thanks for listening and if anyone
has a suggestion I'm all ears.

Diana

..just because *you* have issues doesn't mean that everyone or a majority
does have issues. A more honest post would...
