When these things happen and believe me they happen with *all*  
services at one time or another you just have to be patient and work  
with the situation.  Just keep escalating the problem until it's  
fixed.  Contact the corporate office if nothing is happening.

Just recommending someone to go somewhere else with that something  
else also being unknown is no solution.  To suggest that  other  
services don't have problems is sort of naïve.
