Good point Joseph and believe me I am escalating the problem I just don't
know how to ask for help in the proper way. as I had said before I'm not
educated as to how the whole wireless thing works. But I will say prior to
moving where I am (Cingular wasn't here) I was a Cingular user from 1997 to
2005 I had never had problems like this with the network. As I stated in
the subject line I'm not bashing TMO they've been GREAT I just am not really
sure how else to ask for help. I will be going to their store today (1 1/2
hours away) to have my SIM changed and if I understand correctly from one of
their replies I will have to pay for the new SIM and that doesn't bother
me -- I just want a working network.
