Hi all, I like doing missed-hole. But I'm not sure I completely understand Guido's question on designing. As I know you know, the design comes from the weft - either the same color as the warp for a monochrome band or a different color, or many different colors along the band. So I design as you do Guido, but wherever there is a hole, I draw a horizontal line representing the color of the weft. I like the technique - it adds nice texture variations as well as color.
