At the very least, I think that the section from TTW is an excellent place to start. We can work on adding in additional info after that. I think it's excellent that you're willing to allow the material to be used; it's definitely the authoritative work on the subject. Do you have an electronic form of that section? If not, I'll work on typing it in. I agree about the variety of bands for a photo. I don't have that much variety - most of mine are double face or brocade, although I do have a few turn-patterned pieces.
