I do not have any pages of TTW in an electronic form. Remember it was
written a quarter of a century ago! And on a manual type writer, making
three copies with carbon paper. So pasted-in slips of additions and
corrections to all three texts were a real labour.
I would lend any of my traditional pieces for pictures; but I guess it
would be easier to use those in USA.
I find my Fig 1 in TTW has been used in other publications to accompany
an introductory description. If you colour it in, it can look clearer,
less intimidating.
