It would depend which braids you are referring to, because the patterns hail from all over--from many inspiring sources, some even from generous folks on this list, and some are originals by the students themselves. If there's something specific you'd like to know more about let me know and I can probably find it.
I am grateful to Janis, as always, who posts and maintains those galleries for us all to enjoy...
