I mostly agree with Tobias here, leisure seems a better key for the facility, but maybe the value should be different. "take_off" sounds like a spot to me (the point where you take off), while the whole complex would maybe better get a different value like ski_jumping_complex (or _facility), maybe further detailed and divided into the spectator space, the landing area and the pre-jumping/pre-flying track (in-run).
