IMHO you can't map a spoil heap as an unclosed line, it will always be an area or maybe a node. You could map the border of a spoil heap as an unclosed line, but then I would probably use some more generic tag than "spoil_heap_limit", e.g. slope (or maybe embankment?). cheers, Martin
