I think we need at least 2 different tags: one for children's education (pedestrians, cycling) and one for safety training areas for adults (cars, motorcycles, trucks).
I would prefer a long descriptive term (like: "cycling_training_area") over a nice artificial word like "bicycle_town" which creates more questions than it answers. Cheers, Martin
