Perhaps I'm misunderstanding you, but couldn't you do that in OsmAnd? Take the GPX from a hiking route and import in Osmand. Set your destination in Osmand, start navigation, and under options, go for "GPX route - Choose track file to follow" and choose your imported GPX. OsmAnd wil give you turn by turn instructions, along the GPX. (I have to be honest, doesn't work 100% perfectly. Perhaps bad quality GPX?
