There is also that he seems to be deleting all source tags on any loaded objects with many of his changesets.
I wrote a changeset comment on one of the changesets that do that, to which he has simply not replied. (My changeset comments about that and the PBN have been made at the same time, he replied to the later, not the former). This is exactly the behaviour that earned him a block and a mass revert of scores of changesets 5 years ago.
