It will be good to have the building outlines all very well mapped and
relative position to each other but it will not be perfect because:
- relative to the rest of OSM will be in metres accuracy because the other
items are positioned in metres accuracy.
- doesn't everything(trig points, land, space, etc.) move millimetres each
year?

What is it derived from?
- The Total Station is being borrowed without the condition that any data
collected belongs to the owner (e.g. if you were collecting it on time you
should be working).
- The trig points or based station? These are publicly viewable landmarks
and if you weren't allowed to use them they would be locked up or guarded.
