I have a similar problem with restaurants at sailing clubs. Many only
allow their own members, and guest arriving by boat. Some also allow
members of other sailing clubs. This is difficult to tag as key=access,
but quite important because sailing to a harbour and mooring a boat
takes more effort that stopping at a pub on bicycle.
